 ▷ basic information —
▶VISUAL: Gintoki has a medium complexion, dark red eyes and white hair. He typically wears the same kind of clothes which consist of black pants, black boots and a black shirt with red trim. On top of it, he wears a white and blue yukata... and usually only wears left side over his shoulder. He has a pretty muscular build, primarily in his arms and wide shoulders. His most distinguishable features that people seem to remember are the curls in his silver hair or how lifeless and uninterested his eyes look. ▶AURAL: Gintoki is voiced by Tomokazu Sugita. It's a pretty low voice. He usually sounds rather casual, even when talking to strangers, but will easily use polite speak when speaking to people he thinks he should respect (somebody of high authority or a pretty girl.) His voice seems to have a wide variety of sound affects and range, but for the most part he sounds lazy and aloof. Gintoki has a tendency to stutter when he's hesitant or scared. Here's a good example of what he can do. ▶ SCENT: Chocolate and/or strawberries. Usually. ▶BEHAVIOR: At first, Gintoki comes across as rude and mean spirited. He's pretty demanding right off the bat with people and even has a tendency to raise his voice. He's got no reason to act classy considering he doesn't really care what people think of him and has bad habits such as picking his nose. Gintoki is also known for being a skirt-chaser, but he knows where to draw the line. Once he opens up a little more and his stubbornness subsides, people find that he has a good spirit and good intentions for people. He's a bit self-sacrificing, especially when he has made promises to people or sworn loyalty to another. He acts a bit childish, regardless, and you really don't want to sincerely make him angry.  ▶POWERS: swordfighting —his skill is so great, he was able to defeat a robotic sword that would increase with intelligence every time that it had a battle with another fighter. ▶ODDS & ENDS: He doesn't sleep very much, but when he does, he has a lot of nightmares. He also claims he can sleep with his eyes open. Right-handed. He can't swim. (????) He has a bunch of scars covering his body. He canonly has to mind his sugar levels, but adores sweets anyway. He's afraid of ghosts and hate spiders. He really hates going to the dentist, also sending out New Years cards. He's an orphan with no known family as of now. He doesn't wear socks.
